Delivery Process
We attempt to ship within 24 hours however sometimes items may go out of stock. We are usually able to restock within a matter of days and in these instances delivery takes up to 10 working days from the date your order. All orders from outside Australia are subject to normal import duty, taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country. All returns must be shipped and received back by Sandbaggers within 30 days from original date of delivery.
All merchandise must be in its original condition with packing slip to qualify for return. No credit will be issued for shoes worn, or freight charges.
A restocking charge of $7.50 will be charged for all returns. Clearance shoes and specials may be returned for merchandise credit only.
